GATE getting tougher

GATE getting taller and taller!!

With 36156 students in 2012 to 67472 in 2013 in civil branch alone, GATE is getting its due prominence now. It’s getting tougher each year by year to get to a good college.

Some facts-

Ø Out of 984855 students writing GATE in all branches, 136699 have qualified according to THE HINDU.IT’S 13.8% rate.

Ø Of this 52.79% general, 30% OBC, 13.8% SC and 3.22% ST.

Ø Civil engineering accounts only 6.85% of total all branches.
